Effective August 1, 2026 - Version 2026-08-01

Welcome to Tabletop Together, a product of PAG Games LLC ("Tabletop Together," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Tabletop Together

Tabletop Together is a social platform that helps adults discover tabletop games, find local gaming events, create and host events, join gaming groups, and connect with other tabletop gamers.

The Service is a platform only. We do not organize, supervise, sponsor, inspect, or guarantee any user-created event.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Tabletop Together. Accounts and access are not available to minors, including with parental or guardian consent.

You must also have the legal authority to accept these Terms and must provide accurate account and age-assurance information.

3. User accounts

When creating and using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your password and authentication credentials secure.
  • Not share or transfer your account.
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.

4. Community standards

You may not use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another person.
  • Post illegal, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • Spam, scam, impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, or sell illegal products.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile photos, event descriptions, comments, messages, and group information.

By submitting content, you grant PAG Games LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

6. Events and safety

Users organize and attend events entirely at their own risk. We are not responsible for cancellations, attendance, venue conditions, user conduct, injuries, theft, property damage, or personal disputes.

Use your own judgment. For first-time meetups, consider meeting in a public location, telling someone your plans, leaving if you feel unsafe, and contacting emergency services when necessary.

7. Location services

With your permission, the Service may use approximate or precise device location to find nearby events, recommend venues, and provide location-based features. You can change location permissions in your device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.

8. Intellectual property

The software, branding, designs, logos, text, and original content created for Tabletop Together are owned by PAG Games LLC or its licensors.

Board game titles, publisher names, artwork, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and informational purposes.

9. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as Firebase, mapping platforms, authentication providers, analytics providers, and game-information services. Their services and policies are controlled by those providers, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

10. Suspension and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the community, abuse other users, attempt fraud, or create security or legal risk. Action may occur without advance notice when appropriate.

11. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the Service or by contacting support. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAG GAMES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, always available, or compatible with every device.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAG GAMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAG Games LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services. We may also revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law
