Child Safety Standards

Tabletop Together is a service for adults. Every account holder must be 18 or older, and we take that seriously - but an adults-only rule is not, on its own, a child safety policy. This page is our published standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including what we prohibit, how we find out, what we do about it, and who to contact.

It applies to every part of the Service: the mobile apps, the member portal, game-night chats, direct messages, profiles, reviews, and anything else a member can post or send.

1. Who can use Tabletop Together

Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. Account creation requires an age check: a privacy-preserving age signal from the app store where one is available, or the member's own confirmation that they are 18 or older. We never collect a date of birth.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete its data in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. What is prohibited

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. That includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated or AI-generated imagery; sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors; grooming, meaning any contact with a minor intended to build trust for sexual purposes; sextortion; the solicitation, trafficking or advertising of minors; and any attempt to use the Service to meet, contact or arrange to meet a minor.

Because every account is an adult's, any content or conduct on the Service that involves a minor in these ways is a violation regardless of who posted it or where.

3. How we find out

Every member can report a player, a direct message, a game-night message, a game night, a tournament, a review or profile content from inside the app and the member portal. Choose Inappropriate content, or Other with a note, for anything involving a minor. Reports go straight to our moderation queue with a snapshot of the reported content, so they can be reviewed even if the content is later edited or deleted.

Anyone, member or not, can also report a concern by email to support@tabletop-together.com. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority we have.

4. What we do

When we identify CSAM or CSAE conduct we remove the content, permanently close the accounts involved, and preserve the evidence as the law requires. We do not warn first and we do not reinstate.

We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and we cooperate with law enforcement and the relevant regional and national authorities wherever the Service is used, including responding to lawful requests for information.

5. Compliance

PAG Games LLC complies with all applicable child safety laws, including United States federal reporting obligations for providers, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute Tabletop Together. We review this standard when the Service or those requirements change.
